Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Torkwerks. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of our items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please note: Due to an increase in online e-commerce over burdening package deliveries services, you may experience some delays in receiving your items. Current fulfillment and shipment times are averaging 9-21 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this. Canada Post: 3-14 days

Available International Shipping
Canada Post: 5-19 days

International Shipping
You the customer acknowledge that orders placed on originate from Canada, and may experience longer than usual transit times. You further acknowledge that ordering from may result in customs fees and you agree to accept the package(s) containing your order and remit to your local customs authorities all fees, penalties, etc. that may occur as a result by your election to order products listed for sale on Torkwerks is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

You the customer agree that it is unreasonable for to know import and customs policies for countries other than Canada, and you represent by placing an order on that you understand your country’s policies on receiving goods from Canada, and are prepared to complete the import process, including accepting the package and paying any applicable customs fees associated with your order. You also acknowledge that will not create fraudulent import papers on behalf of customers to assist them in avoiding any import fees they may be responsible for.

Fulfillment times
Upon completed checkout, orders are automatically submitted for fulfillment in real time. In most cases once orders are submitted, they cannot be cancelled or modified. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Transit times
Once orders have shipped, transit times vary by your location. Most Canada orders are delivered within 3-14 business days. Most orders shipped outside Canada are delivered within 14 to 28 business days. In some rare circumstances orders may take longer to arrive.
Most items ship the same day or by the following business day.

If you selected tracking at checkout, your tracking number will be provided. Exceptions may include that your delivery location does not support end-to-end tracking through our available carrier options. If you did select track, you can track your delivery through the shipper’s website.

Insurance & lost or damaged packages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Keep the damaged package intact (including the shipping container, packaging materials, and invoices). We’ll ask for pictures and may need you to ship the item to us for inspection.

This must be done within 48 hours of receipt. Returns must be received at our location within 7 days of the issuance of a return merchandise authorization (RMA). In order to qualify for replacement of damaged goods, the package must have been sent using one of our trackable services. No returns of any kind on non-tracked shipping.
